TogyAI Inc. is the controller of the personal data that this website collects.

2. Data we collect

We collect these kinds of personal data:

• Contact data that you give us, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company and role.
• Messages that you send us through the contact form or the chat.
• Technical data that your browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type and device type.
• Usage data, such as the pages you open and the page that referred you. We collect usage data only with your consent.

We do not ask for sensitive data, such as data about your health or your political opinions. Do not send sensitive or confidential data through the forms or the chat.

3. Why we use your data

We use your data to:

• answer your requests and questions
• manage our relationship with customers and possible customers
• send you our newsletter, if you sign up
• operate the website and keep it secure
• understand how visitors use the website
• meet our legal obligations

We send information about our products and services by email only if you agreed.

4. Legal basis

We use your data only when the law allows it:

• Your consent, for the newsletter, for marketing email, for website analytics, and for the link between your visits and your contact data (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
• Steps that you ask us to take before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• A legal obligation (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).
• Our legitimate interest in answering requests, in managing our business relationships, and in a secure and stable website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

You do not have to give us your data. Without the required fields of a form, we cannot answer your request.

5. Who receives your data

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that process it for us and follow our instructions:

• hosting and security providers
• email delivery providers
• providers of customer relationship management software
• the provider of the AI model that answers in the chat
• Google, which is our data processor for Google Analytics

We also share data when the law requires it. Write to us to get the list of our service providers.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

TogyAI Inc. and some of our service providers are in the United States. We protect transfers of your data with safeguards that the law accepts, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission. Write to us to get a copy of these safeguards.

7. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies make the website work and keep it secure. They do not need your consent.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website. We use it, and store analytics cookies on your device, only after you accept analytics in the consent banner. If you decline, or do not answer the banner, we do not measure your visit. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

We link data about your visits to the contact data that you gave us, only if you consent. This creates a profile of your interest in our products. We use the profile to make our contact with you more relevant.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Open the cookie settings and change your choices. This does not affect the data we collected before you withdrew consent.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• get a copy of your data
• have incorrect data corrected
• have your data deleted
• have the use of your data restricted
• receive your data in a format that another service can read

To use a right, write to privacy@togy.ai. We answer within one month. It costs nothing. We can ask you to prove who you are before we answer.

To stop the newsletter or marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in an email or write to us.

Our customer relationship management system scores and ranks contacts automatically, for example by their interest in our products. We use the score to decide whom we contact first.

We use automated checks to protect the website. A check can block a form or a chat request, for example when a request looks like it comes from a bot, or when one address sends too many requests. If a check blocks you by mistake, write to us and a person will help you. We do not make decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you by automated means alone.

You have the right to complain to a data protection authority in the country where you live or work, or where the problem occurred. Find your authority in the list of data protection authorities.

9. Your right to object

You have the right to object at any time to the use of your data that we base on our legitimate interest. This includes the scores and ranks of contacts. You also have the right to object at any time to direct marketing, and to profiles that we use for it. To object, write to privacy@togy.ai.

10. Data security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, misuse and unauthorized access. The website uses encrypted connections.

11. Data retention

We keep your data only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, unless the law requires a longer period.

• We store your contact data and your requests in our customer relationship management system. We keep them for as long as we need them to answer you and to handle the business relationship that follows.
• We keep your newsletter address until you unsubscribe.
• We do not store the messages you send in the chat. The provider of the AI model keeps them for a limited period, only to detect and prevent abuse.
• We keep technical logs, which include your IP address, for up to 7 days.

12. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the website or the law changes. We publish the new version on this page. The date at the top of the page shows when it took effect.
