Deleting your data from MAIN

1. Do it yourself in MAIN

• A connector. Open the Connectors page and choose Disconnect on the account. This removes the connection, its token and your settings for that connector at once. MAIN kept nothing it read through the connector, so there is nothing else to delete.
• A conversation. Delete it from the conversation list. Its messages and the files attached to it are deleted with it. This includes conversations that started in Slack, Teams or WhatsApp.
• A file. Delete it from your library.
• An automation. Delete it from the Automations page.
• Your account. Ask your company's MAIN administrator to remove it. Removing the account removes your sign-in and your connectors.

2. Per connector

Disconnecting in MAIN removes what Togy holds. You can also revoke MAIN's access on the provider's side, which makes the token useless even before you disconnect.

• Google Drive. Disconnect removes the connection, its token and your settings for the connector. On Google's side, see your Google Account permissions .
• Gmail. Disconnect removes the connection, its token and your settings for the connector. On Google's side, see your Google Account permissions .
• Google Calendar. Disconnect removes the connection, its token and the list of calendars you switched on. On Google's side, see your Google Account permissions .
• SharePoint and OneDrive. Disconnect removes the connection, its token and your settings for the connector. On Microsoft's side, see the apps you gave access to in your Microsoft account .
• Outlook Calendar. Disconnect removes the connection, its token and the list of calendars you switched on. On Microsoft's side, see the apps you gave access to in your Microsoft account .
• Slack. Disconnect removes the connection, its token and your settings for the connector. Removing the app from the workspace removes the workspace token. On Slack's side, see the apps you authorized in Slack .
• Microsoft Teams. Disconnect removes the connection, its token and your settings for the connector. On Microsoft's side, see the apps you gave access to in your Microsoft account .
• WhatsApp. Disconnect removes the link between your number and your account. Removing the company number removes its credentials and every link made on it. On Meta's side, see the blocked contacts in WhatsApp, where you can block the company number .

3. Ask us

To have data deleted that you cannot delete yourself, or to have everything about you deleted, write to privacy@togy.ai. Tell us:

• the company whose MAIN you use;
• the email address of your MAIN account;
• what you want deleted: a connector, a conversation, a file, your account, or everything;
• for WhatsApp, the phone number you linked, so we can find the link.

Because your company is the controller of your data, we pass your request to it and tell you we did. Your company answers you, within one month as the law requires, and can ask you to prove who you are. We carry out the deletion on its instruction. It costs nothing.

4. What stays, and why

• The audit record of actions taken in the instance. It is a security record and is kept for the life of the instance, also after your other data is deleted. It records that an action happened, not the content.
• Technical logs, for up to 15 days, and browser error reports, for up to 30 days, after which they expire on their own.
• Content already sent to the AI model provider, which it keeps for up to 55 days to detect abuse and then deletes under its own terms. A question the assistant answered from the web is kept by Google for 30 days.
• Data your company has told us to keep, as the controller, for example under a legal obligation.

When your company ends its agreement with Togy, its whole MAIN instance and its storage are deleted within 30 days, or returned to the company first if it asks.
